Arrive at leisure; settle into your sea facing room and relax. Indulge in a glass of bubbly, finger sandwiches and savoury scones. Enjoy
a gastro three course dinner in our cosy Inn followed by our Cary Quiz Night.
New Year’s Eve – Wednesday 31st December
After a light or traditional English Breakfast, the day is yours to enjoy, before the preparations begin for our celebratory evening. Pampering treatments will be available in our Spa. Push the boat out in style at our New Year’s Dinner. Optional black-tie and Jimmy Choos to the fore. The party starts with a cocktail first then a Champagne reception, followed by a sumptuous four course feast with resident DJ, live music and a spectacular firework display to light up the bay and start the New Year with a real bang!
Thursday 1st January
Enjoy a final breakfast and begin the New Year feeling refreshed, inspired, and pampered.

Terms for Christmas & New Year 2026/27 Booking
DEPOSIT – To make a Christmas or New Year House Party booking, we require a 25% deposit. We accept all major debit and credit cards except Diners.
PRICES – The House Parties are inclusive of accommodation, food, selected beverages and entertainment as stated. No allowances or refunds can be made.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS - The cancellation policy for all Christmas and New Year's bookings is a 25% deposit which is required on booking; this becomes non-refundable after 1st October. Full payment is then required by the 1st November. After this date any cancellations will be charged in full. We recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance.
SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS – We are happy to cater for any dietary requirements. Please advise us when booking.
