Sustainable, fresh, seasonal. Our mantra comes from a deep-rooted respect for our land and sea.  Our suppliers have been hand-picked for their excellence, proximity and passion for what they do. 

We strongly believe that a Devon pub should have Devon beer and are proud to serve Blackdown Hills-brewed Otter Ale and Paignton-brewed Bays Topsail.

We source our Sicilian Lemonade and fiery Ginger Beer from local company, Luscombe and serve world-famous Plymouth Gin, based on a closely guarded recipe of Dartmoor water, pure grain alcohol and seven botanicals.

We select the very best local fish, seafood, meat and fruit and vegetable suppliers and grow our own herbs in our beautiful tropical gardens, allowing our head chef and her team to experiment with the freshest flavours.
