March 2026 Giveaway T&Cs

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the “Promoter” is Cary Arms & Spa. The “Prize” is Lunch for two (2) people at Cary Arms, including one bottle of house wine. The Prize must be redeemed by 21 June 2026.

By entering this giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Entries must be received by 15 April 2026 at 23:59 (BST). One (1) winner residing in Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) will be selected at random on 16 April 2026 using a random number generator. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 48 hours of the draw.

The giveaway is open to residents of Great Britain (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.

No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to enter.

To enter, participants must:

· Follow @caryarms on Instagram or Cary Arms on Facebook

· Like the promotional post

· Tag one (1) other person in the comments

Only one entry per person will be accepted.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other reasons beyond its control.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s liability shall be limited to the cost value of the Prize.

The winner may be required to provide contact details for the purposes of prize fulfilment. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy www.caryarms.co.uk/privacy-policy.co.uk.

The winner’s name and social media username may be announced on the Promoter’s social media channels.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
